I have found few people complaining about the delayed delivery process of Zumiez. But for me I have not faced this issue. I ordered an item through their website and made a request to pick it up by myself from a nearby store. In just two hours I received an email from their side intimating that item is not available at that store. They gave me two options either to get back my money or to wait a week for getting the item at my home with no shipping charges. I choose the second option and got my parcel in good quality.

I ordered 4 items in different sizes and within 48hours my parcel was at my home door. They charge less duty charges and services are good. So avoid negative reviews and try it once by your own. I am really happy with the outstanding services of Zumiez. I book my order 6 days back and received it at my home within specified time period. I have booked my order using email service. Before booking my order I have asked few questions related with that product and got answer within just 24 hours. I bought a custom skate board and its quality is quite good. I am living in Philippines that is too far but I have received my parcel on time.
